Our mission is to be a support to parents in leading their children into a healthy relationship with Jesus Christ. Parenting isn't easy in today's world and we recognize that there isn't much out there that is encouraging our children to grow closer to Christ, so we make it our aim each Sunday and Wednesday to offer safe environment where children can learn, play, worship and grow. Our staff and volunteers are dedicated servants of Jesus who consider it a privilege to walk along side of you as you train up your child in the way he or she should go.
"G" is a weekly event created with the whole family in mind. "G" is where families learn about God. The child(ren) in your life will thoroughly enjoy a 45 minute nickelodeon style gathering featuring live characters, puppetry, action songs, games, crafts, special effects lighting and lessons from the Bible. And the best part is, they get to enjoy this special gathering with you! "G" meets at 9:30am on Sunday morning and ends promptly at 10:15am to enjoy the KIDZ CAFE before entering KIDZONE for the morning service. We encourage you to invite the neighbor kids and their parents to "G". Our goal is to walk alongside parents and guardians, encouraging biblical values inspiring children to obey their parents and the Lord. "G" is staffed every week with several adult volunteers. We can't wait until Sunday.
KIDZONE meets Sunday mornings following "G" as the adults enjoy a service in the sanctuary. Using the entire Bible as our tool, the children will come home each week having learned new bible stories with valuable and practical lessons for their everyday life. We believe it is a crime to bore children in church so we work hard to provide meaningful, interactive discussion with contests, games and animated teaching. Ask your kids on the way home what they learned in KIDZONE. We believe you'll be pleased with their response.
Our Infant and Toddler Nurseries (0-4 Years) are open during all services and selected special events at Centerpoint. Our trained nursery staff have a fun, age-appropriate educational program ready for your child with crafts, storytime, and singing. We work hard to provide clean, safe nursery care for each and every child and view our services as much more than simply baby-sitting. Our prayer is that your child will get a sense of the Presence of Jesus and His love while with us.
